Acoustic Night, is a songwriter collection of acoustic guitar pureness with rich vocals.

Many of you know me as a rock, country, lead guitar, classical/fussion player who can sing a song. This album however, is more of a songwriter collection than an artist-instrument showcase. As the music industry continues to reinvent itself, the line drawn between genres is becoming blurred and I think this is a good thing. We all have our favorite style; however, a melding of flavors is a good way to create something new. I will continue to write a variety of styles and focus on the blending of country and rock which is nothing new. Going back to the '50s, '60s, '70s, this is really the way pop, rock got started, by blending it with country, folk, and blues. To keep the sound simple yet interesting, I used four different acoustic guitars: Breedlove, '73 Guild D55, '86 Ovation high strung-Nashville tuned, and a '74 Hernandis classical. This album exists only because of the push, the co-writing, producing, and engineering talents of John Nanni. A special thanks to Paul Marshall for the final mastering.
